Go West Sports Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Go West Sports LLC ("Go West Sports," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information. Go West Sports is a nonprofit community indoor sports facility offering pickleball (5 indoor courts) and soccer at 9225 W 10th St, Indianapolis, IN 46234.

1. What we collect

• Contact details: name, email address, mobile phone number, and mailing address.
• Account and activity details: bookings, memberships, league and lesson sign-ups, attendance, skill level, and program preferences.
• Waiver details: your signed liability waiver and the information on it (such as name, date of birth, emergency contact, and signature).
• Payment details: handled by our booking platform and its payment processors (see Section 3). We do not store full card numbers.
• SMS details: your mobile number, your opt-in consent, and your opt-out requests.
• Basic technical data: such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our websites and booking platform.

2. How we use it

• To manage your account, bookings, memberships, leagues, lessons, and programs.
• To send you text messages you've agreed to receive: league and sub reminders, booking and program updates, schedule changes, and occasional announcements and promotions.
• To send emails about your account and facility news.
• To keep the facility safe, keep waiver records, and respond to questions.
• To improve our programs and services.

3. Bookings and payments

Bookings, memberships, leagues, lessons, and payments run through PlayByPoint at book.gowestsport.com. Payments are processed by PlayByPoint and its third-party payment processors. Your use of that platform is also covered by PlayByPoint's own terms and privacy policy.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run the facility (such as our booking, payment, email, and text messaging providers), and only so they can provide those services to us.
• When required by law, or to protect the safety of our players, staff, or facility.

SMS consent and mobile numbers: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, you'll receive texts from Go West Sports. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not required to book or buy anything. See our Terms of Service for full SMS program details.

6. Waiver

Everyone who plays at Go West Sports must sign a liability waiver (a parent or guardian signs for minors). We keep signed waivers on file for as long as needed for safety, insurance, and legal purposes.

7. How long we keep information

We keep your information while you have an account or take part in our programs, and afterward only as long as needed for legal, insurance, tax, or record-keeping purposes. When you opt out of texts, we keep a record of your opt-out so we don't text you again.

8. Children

Our programs welcome young players, but children under 13 must be registered by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has given us information without a parent's consent, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on trusted providers that use industry-standard security. No system is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Your information: contact us to review, correct, or delete your information (we may need to keep some records, like waivers and payment records, as required).

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
