Go West Sports Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you use the facility, programs, and services of Go West Sports LLC ("Go West Sports," "we," "us"), a nonprofit community indoor sports facility at 9225 W 10th St, Indianapolis, IN 46234. By booking, joining, playing, or opting in to texts, you agree to these Terms.
1. SMS Text Messaging Program
- Program name: Go West Sports Alerts
- What you'll get: league and sub reminders, booking and program updates, schedule changes, and occasional announcements and promotions from Go West Sports.
- How to join: check the SMS consent box when you sign up or update your account at book.gowestsport.com.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After you text STOP, you'll get one confirmation message and no more texts unless you opt in again. For more help, email jacobraderpb@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent is not required to book or buy. You don't have to agree to texts to make a booking, buy a membership, or join a program.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
2. Accounts
Bookings, memberships, leagues, lessons, and payments are managed through PlayByPoint at book.gowestsport.com. Please keep your account information accurate and your login private. You're responsible for activity on your account. A parent or guardian must create and manage accounts for children under 13.
3. Bookings, payments, and cancellations
Court bookings, leagues, lessons, clinics, and other programs follow the pricing, cancellation, and refund policy shown for each program in PlayByPoint at the time you book. Payments are processed by PlayByPoint and its payment processors. We may cancel or reschedule sessions (for example, for low sign-ups, maintenance, or emergencies) and will offer a credit or refund as described in the program's policy.
4. Memberships
Membership benefits, prices, billing terms, and cancellation rules are shown in PlayByPoint when you join. Memberships are personal and can't be shared or transferred unless the membership terms say otherwise.
5. Assumption of risk and waiver
Pickleball, soccer, and other sports carry a risk of injury. By using the facility, you accept these risks. Every player must sign our liability waiver before playing (a parent or guardian signs for minors). The waiver is part of these Terms.
6. Code of conduct
Be respectful to other players, guests, and staff. Wear proper court shoes, follow posted rules and staff instructions, and take care of the courts and equipment. No harassment, violence, abusive language, alcohol or drugs (unless allowed at an approved event), or damage to property. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules, and may suspend or cancel accounts or memberships without refund for serious or repeated violations.
7. Changes
We may change our programs, schedules, prices, and these Terms. We'll post updated Terms here with a new effective date. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Go West Sports is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost or stolen personal property.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
